Saw it this weekend.

I was a bit dissapointed when it ended, but after sleeping on it I have to say it was pretty good. So much subtext. Leto wasn't even that annoying. Flying cars ftw!

Wow, I just went last night to the movies to see it in 3D on a big screen, and while I remember saying NO! to any follow up to the original, I think this stands on its own as the best possible sequel, and not only that, but it also holds on pretty solid on its own. Some people complained about the length at 163 minutes, but I didn't find any lengths or bouts that were too drawn out.

Of course if you prefer your movies with lots of bangs, explosions and men in tights, this is likely not for you.

A big tip of the hat to Denis Villeneuve for pulling a feat I thought was doomed from the start. A great, great movie, go see it now on a big screen and with big sound!
