Well, a good takeaway from that is that it is infinitely healthier for the gut to drink on a full stomach if you are going to do so! I get hangovers that kill me for like two days if I don't eat before drinking, and really bad acid reflux on top of it.

Stay hydrated my dudes and eat nutrient rich foods like beets and fatty foods etc while you turn up. Today, or yesterday as it were, was Saturday, so I'm a lil bit buzzed as I write this out
