The Dmitrii Volkov I contacted says he does not have a song entitled Frost and is completely unaware of this whole thing.

It is possible I have contacted the wrong musician called Dmitrii Volkov, But I can't find any other.

This kind of thing happens all the time. Very frequently Apple Music will let me know there’s a new Hiroshi Yoshimura track (he died in 2003) or a Global Communication track (outside their 2020 reissue campaign they’ve not been a… thing… for years, if not decades)… and lets not get into the sheer amount of artists who call themselves GAS who show up on the Wolfgang Voight project’s page.

It’s a common scam to get someone’s track in front of an already existing artist. *Usually* platform holders/labels are good at getting it down fairly quickly.
