2011 to 2015 was that time, and with a drawer of lost solar musick, it set out to mesmerise you with the recordings of a long gone active music scene that ran throughout the mid 80's to the mid 90's.
Yes, this was the British space rock revival. This strain of sounds pulled aesthetically from classic prog trailblazers as Gong and Hawkwind, filled with swirl and character, but the production was more modern and infused Techno and Dub Reggae tones into the mix. The revolution may be televised, however our past was taped!
I gotta tell you that I love this archive, I have discovered so many beautiful recordings.
It paints me the vivid image of a retired musician who was part of this underground community in it's psychedelic heyday. Sometime 13 years ago (wow has it been that long?) he found all of his lost cassettes and spontaniously decided to share them bit by bit on this obscure blog, dribbling you a slice of Oroonies here and Nodens Ictus there, seducing you to lick the crumbs of Another Green World.

Engrossing Ozric ambient material, it's an early Ed Wynne side project so you know what to expect if you know your Ozric Tentacles. This is a much better rip than the one currently on youtube, which seems to have been compressed or noise reduced to death lol.

Yeah, named after the Brian Eno album. Very Steve Hillage inspired with cylindrical and spinning guitars, you must explore Hillage's "Rainbow Dome Musick" if you enjoy this.
