The Internet Wayback Machine disagrees with you on newcleardawn.com . No changes since 2009.

As for ncdsystems.com, they changed their logo back in or around August 2024, so, I would say, completely unrelated, definitely not triggered by your email.

I was not familiar with ncdsystems.com, only newcleardawn.com. Is there anything significant with the systems site? What do people make of the area “1700 Fribourg, Switzerland”, and the email? Are we sure this is a Hexagon Sun website? I see nothing about it online
