What is your favorite ff game?

Hopefully this wasn't done before.
If it was I'll get my fire resistant suit
on because flaming will soon happen.
Anyways mine was always ff7.
Something about it. I never got to
beat it though because I forgot to get
my golden chocabo and the game got
slaughtered by my ADD terror cousin.
That haunts me to this day. DON'T
LAUGH. I've been having urges to
play that all month. Too bad I don't
have a PS1 or 2 around.
I guess I'll just listen to this battle
theme instead.

It's way too hard to choose. Of course, 7 is the first thing that comes to mind, but I really loved 8. Out of the old-school ones 4-6 are gems, especially 6. That opening music gets me every time....

Ok, so I can honestly say that I've never played FF in my whole life, but I remember that sometime circa Summer of 2002 I was watching these kids play final fantasy (the one where the huge buble blows up in the beginning cinematic) and I remember thinking that the theme song they played when you were in the snowy village was pretty cool. Anyone know which final fantasy that was and/or which song that was? I know they have soundtracks circulating on the internet.

Play 4-6 definately, they're great. 1-3 are a little different cos theyre originally on NES, but still OK..I've only really played the first one of of 1-3 tbh, its quite good tho.
