"Sequoia" from OTV1 is, as a whole, very similar to the track Nlogax from the Hi Scores EP. It uses a lot of the same synth lines and both tracks use a motif with a long arpeggio (it sounds "spiral-y" to me) plus they share some percussion sounds.
Original Nlogax and Sequoia appear side-by-side on the OTV1 tracklisting, which appears to be quickly hand-written and also lacking any track number/positions. There have been some confusions in the past about a "Short Interlude" in the middle of OTV2 which shifts the track positions out of place when tagged as a separate track - this type of thing can easily happen, especially when encoding from a continuous cassette tape recording with many short tracks.
Is "Original Nlogax" actually referring to Sequoia? It sounds to me like an early version of Nlogax, created before being remade and reworked for Hi Scores - the band's debut mainstream release which saw a great deal of self-conscious care and attention (many tracks are focused, beat-driven compositions with a decidedly polished sound and style, contrasting Twoism and the Old Tunes tapes).
I know some explanation would be needed for the shifting in track positions. Perhaps "M9" and "Original Nlogax" are in fact a single 4:43 track - this would explain why they also (unusually) appear side-by-side on another release, Boc Maxima.
