Mind you, I hate advertisements in general. It’s visual pollution. BoC would do much better to fund some sort of garden as an advertisement to a new album. This looks like an abomination. But perhaps that’s their aim this time. To release total crap ? That would be cool.
You hated the 2013 ARG? What kind of a weirdo are you?
Also, how can we call any of this crap until we understand it? We literally have no idea what any of it means yet.
Meaning is rarely forthcoming with anything. You certainly don’t need it for beauty. Beauty comes without meaning. Beauty is instinctual and true.

Absolutley a big Neil Krug fan too! But there is still no evidence of who is behind the photos and design, is there?

You're purely talking about aesthetic beauty here but lets leave this, I don't want to be another turd in the jacuzzi.

Aww man I just saw warp’s instagram post with the posters that show more of the graphics. How cool would it be if they kept releasing posters, but every time they showed more of the graphics, until all 4 eventually were shown to be a part of the same image?
Actually it would be better if they drop the album now. Do that instead please.

Oh okay then. Thanks LOL
Your posts remind me of a couple of other users which have popped into this thread. But let me remind you, this is a speculation thread about what boards of canada are doing next and our shared excitement. We aren't here to discuss or speculate on the inner depths of art and beauty its self. If you would like to do that, make a thread!

You know what that could mean, right? lol
Yes... I can see these images correlating to the album art directly. I'm so excited just to know the title.
It is funny - childhood as a theme... well here it is again under the influence of unfathomable indoctrination.
I remember Mike recommending the book You Are Not a Gadget by Jaron Lanier in an interview... I think they're disturbed by the way digital culture has unfolded.
A well known old ass fake I personally think the idea of finding dusty hidden old tunes on youtube is over. I believe they went to great efforts before this reveal to actually tackle this issue. All that HQ music that came out of nowhere?
