Does anyone feel like this launch has been a bit incongruous so far?

I think some have mentioned it already, but the tapes and posters give off very different vibes. If Warp was to announce the album soon, which looks quite likely, it'd feel like we have two distinct threads that appear difficult to pair up right now.

Maybe it'll all fall into place when they announce. Or maybe it was always going to be this way after the meticulously planned TH launch. I'm curious to see where this goes, because it really does feel like two separate projects at this point.

I'd never considered this but you may be on to something. Wasn't there a rumour a few years back that they had two albums in the works? Either way, I won't overthink this. I'll still piss my pants if we only get one new release.

The seven tessellated hexagons on the VHS and posters (one central + six surrounding) feels like the classic Hexagon Sun logo escalated — no longer just a single glowing hexagon, but a completed cluster. Ties right into their math/revelation themes and the ‘seventh’ release speculation?

The signs are more than obvious, the references to the 6-7 meme are everywhere, going back all the way to tracks like Telepath or Aquarius. The brothers always knew.

You're basically faulting him for being good at his job. Would you prefer he lack enthusiasm in an interview just because he doesn't personally like the band?

On another note - I doubt Zane would be involved in anything more than playing a track - it seems most of his interviews are on video and I don't see the boys ever agreeing to that (at least they never have in the past, obviously)

I recognize this'is true of all promotion, but was thinking of how impressive it is that many, many people are aware of what-this-is and what-happens-next (just the coordination of hanging posters across multiple continents would require a lot of people) and perhaps have known these details for awhile and nothing has leaked.

He comes across as insincere and irritating to me. Just my opinion.
If you love everything, you love nothing.
