I was JUST thinking that, 10 mins ago, while scrolling through some of these threads! Such a huge range of dates.

2005, 2007, 2012, 2015, and then you have 2025, 2026, and a few people who have been listening for only like 5 months (saw their comments on YouTube).

Wonderful to know, too, that BoC has gained new fans even in this more dormant period! It's a testament to how affecting their music is.

Holy shit, the boys are back. Lights out, head cans on. This is gorgeous, feels like a culmination of all the things that came before. Those VHS tapes make even more sense, this has got a proper videocassette tape warble vibe going on.

Oh my...its certainly an experience (again)...the track just quietly builds and slips as if into something transcending...if also feels like an ending with those church organ sounds coming in. Goosebumps galore.

When I first saw the vid pop up on my YT feed I thought it was just going to be another cryptic tease, but damn what an incredible, beautiful surprise. I wonder if it will be the opener to the new album? It seems to almost be carrying over the same themes of hopelessness and despair of Semena Mertvykh closing out Tomorrow's Harvest, before evolving into a sense of redemption and rapture, which fits with the religious/cult imagery of the video.
