MHTTRTC and Geo definitely have things in common, but i feel that TCH is its own kind, as is TH.

Yes, and I've found quite the odd theme. Personally, the Brothers' releases feel like transmissions from different universes. MHTRTC is a eco-punk-esque dream sequence, Geogaddi is simply Flatland, The Campfire Headphase is a menagerie of fire and guitars, calling similar images as Charles Manson's Helter Skelter. Tomorrow's Harvest (my favorite album btw :3) is a nuclear winter shown in a 16:9 ratio. It echoes what the Pioneer and Voyager spacecrafts must hear as they travel by distant stars. I think what they have done is truly wonderful and i would have it no other way.but has anyone ever looked at BOC's LPs on a macrocosmic scale?
Jesus, was it you indeed?

What does "simply Flatland" mean?dontcryforcryda wrote:Geogaddi is simply Flatland.

Like how in flatland a 2d character meets a 3d character, their music is 4D as the sound bounces around the room in various vectors and transports our spirits to the past like a time machine made of pure math.

I like the double trilogy point of view.
Then there are parallels to be made.
I really could see Inferno being an answer to Geogaddi.
It's certainly wicked, the cover includes hexagons, there is possibily of wealth on numerology in it...

Honestly, the vibe of Inferno is shaping up to be "oh god, we have fucked up, there is too much orange what have we done, please save us from this orange monstrosity we have created"hexagonFox wrote:I really love this thread.
In short, as I dont't have time to construct a full length post.
I think there is subtle clues and or hints to our next LP
Inside of their interviews, Album artwork, etc
