Another vote for Ico. Spent quite a bit of time listen to MHTRTC whilst playing that...

I just realized today...Super Metroid! Or the original Metroid works too...I should throw on Geogaddi while I play it, haha. 8) But the in-game music alone has that old creepy feel.

I just started playing Ico and I totally agree! Maybe also Shadow of the Colossus, which I have not played but hope to start sometime soon.

I actually only own NES so for that I'd have to say Kirby's Adventure. It's pretty childlike and a the levels are a little trippy (Ice Cream Island, Orange Ocean, and Rainbow Resort!?... hmm sounds kind of like BOC songs).

That's the only NES one I can think of for some reason though.

I would have to say all of them. Especially Silent Hill 2. ICO and Shadow of The Colossus is a good choice too.

I've recently been playing the Oblivion Shivering Isles expansion pack with all my BoC randomizing, it fits the new area kind of well.

Also, I first listened to mhtrtc while playing Cythera, some sharware ambrosia mac game.

Games like myst have a boc feel sometimes, but I almost feel like sawII fits it better.
Black then White are all I see in my infancy...Red and Yellow then came to me, reachin' out to me, lets me see...

Can't believe no-one's suggested this one before :D

Clicky for enlarged (but still not that great quality) image.

EDIT: god damnit this forum hates the shit out of me and my HTML tags :( Enjoy the oversized image, courtesy of it-won't-let-me-resize-the-damn-thing.

EDIT AGAIN: nevermind, now the forum sized it down for me, but it did a crummy job :(
