1. the 21.07.98 direct radio -> PC recording, lossless quality (only version circulating online thus far had been 128kbps MP3) [this is still radio quality obviously and 'bad day' is still trimmed on this version - don't expect miracles]


2. 33 track compilation of AFOT/OTV2 [also known as "for friends tape"], formerly the highest quality source for many AFOT and OTV2 tracks, now in lossless (the issue here is that it's still got noise reduction applied, but somebody like oliveoil could try to apply NR removal and then those have the potential of being another very high quality source for plenty of AFOT + OTV2 tracks)


3. jbible recording of ATP01, not much different but slightly less MP3 compression than circulating versions


4. lighthouse party recording, this one has some audible improvements such as not having as many CD skips and missing chunks of audio esp. on 'sixtyten'


5. warp10 flimflamma recording, similarly to atp01 not much different here but still less mp3 compression than circulating versions

Did you ever find any info or capture of a live netcast stream that might have happened for Warp10?

AFAIK said webcast was turned off for BOC's set, but not 100% sure on that, might've read that on the same mailing list?

Great find! Is there any more information about the provenance of this compilation that you're at liberty to share with us?

it dates back to the early 2000s when it first started circulating over p2p networks in 192kbps format, on the standard rareboc uploads of AFOT and OTV2 pre-sam rips it was used where possible for the OTV2 and AFOT tracks as it was obviously higher quality than the NRed rips. what i shared is a lossless version of that
