It's so great when an artist like PJ Harvey drops some rad shit that you never would've expected seemingly out of nowhere. Can't wait until December for the full album.

Are musicians trying extra hard to make 2026 at least sound cool and exciting to counter all the bad shit happening in the world? It's starting to seem that way to me.

My personal theory is a lot of musicians did quite claustrophobic work in lockdown, and we got those releases for a few years afterwards. The music we're getting now is the result of being out from under that
