Is there anyone here who's contacted Bleep or Ochre about damaged items? I received an auto-reply saying expect a response within 4-5 working days, maybe longer due to high volume. The next response was within a week but now nothing at all for another week+. That second message said they would check on availability of a replacement (cracked cassette), which is still in stock. I've replied twice just wishing for some update as proof I haven't been deleted.

Ochre support is a pain in the neck to deal with. Don't hesitate to send them reminders.

Crazy how you got yours 9 days after mine… I know our postal services are lame, but that still feels way too long. Have you now received your tape too? Any info from Ochre on why did it take so long?

I'm just going to contact them again from scratch and reference my open case # in hopes of a reply. Two weeks since they messaged me.

Still waiting for my tape. I'll probably receive it melted given the heat wave we're currently facing here, if I receive it at all. Ochre are useless, I'll send them a message on the 29th (28 days after the goods were sent, as they asked me) and if they don't offer a proper solution to the issue, I'm going to open a PayPal claim.

I remember the days when Bleep support was top notch. These days are sadly long gone.

At last! More Inferno excitement cued up for me! Not sure whether it was a coincidence but the day after I created a new request, Ochre wrote back to my initial claim and said they'll be sending a replacement cassette. I guess, next comes the same prolonged wait others are describing? I'm just happy I have something new in writing. They will announce a dispatch date when it happens.

It took them like 3 weeks to respond to my support request, so yeah probably a bit of a wait.

Cooool, my item is moving through the mail, apparently, expected early next week! I was preparing for more frustration. News is via USPS, no email from Ochre.

I wonder if they are called Bleep because most people open their parcel and shout "FUCK". What an absolute shit show they are, that must be so disappointing after that wait. :(
