It's these references that give your music a context. Or is there more to it than just context… a message?

Marcus: It's a bit of both. Some of our tracks are using messages to lend the sound of the tune a context, to make it easier for people to understand what frame of mind we intend the track to be taken in. It can mean the difference between someone understanding our sense of irony or not. We're very conscious of what we sound like, and we have a sense of humor that can be completely missed if you don't fully understand what we're about. At the same time, we're quite serious about a lot of issues, we're politically motivated, and we're genuinely interested in a lot of cultural and scientific subjects. We do a lot of research. So, some of our tracks are putting across a very specific message.

Ooo hoo hoo. Had an interesting experience with this one recently. Was falling asleep while listening to it (or in-between consciousness, your choice), goddamn does it subconsciously sneak up on you. Hard to explain but it’s great at poking and creeping up on you, almost tantalizingly pissing you off and spooks you a little if you’re too close to sleep (or at least it did for me). I find it interesting that conscious-wise it distracts you almost playfully, yet in subconscious listen there is something setting some alarms off. Yeah das cool

^ also in reference to that btw, “household” is not meant to be interpreted literally… “household” in the verse context meaning the flesh temples our divine drops of blood are imprisoned in and are screaming and desperately (you could almost say wickedly) trying to claw their ways out (not man’s property btw just a reminder. That shit was made from dust and back to it it shall go). There are many blades of selves within ourselves and some of them are of a Higher Self and some of them are of The Flesh. I am well aware that many of my faults stem from my flesh and have faith and trust in my higher self when it comes to struggles with demons within. These days in a modern mental-world we are no longer soldiers, we have become the battlefields.

I mean this gently, but I'm not going to argue with you about my own perception. Whatever issue you have is your own and it's not healthy to project it onto others. At best you're confusing and at worst you're spreading negative energy by vagueposting. I remember people being banned for doing similar activities in recent times (such as random image/video posting). Take a note from the boys on this one. Unfortunately, subtlety means little in 2026.

Anyways, back to the tune. Managed to convince my therapist into listening to Inferno (he reported back that it was, quote, a "vibe"), and something he specifically mentioned was the fact that it's possible that 'Absolute Truth' is conversating with itself in this track. The Son is clearly in a shitty situation, that we can all agree on. But what is the 'shitty situation'? Is it the cult, or is it the underlying familial dynamics that we don't see, and we have to be 'told'?

Through seasoned listens I have not perceived this track as an argument... each quote is a statement from each party.
