I might be wrong but I am pretty sure the ending of Blood in the labyrinth is just a slowed down version of the collapse ending. If you speed them up to the exact same length they seem to sound identical

Tiny, but learned today that there is a trail called 'Inferno Valley/Hell Valley/Valle dell'Inferno' in Campania, Italy by Mt. Vesuvius. It's the beginning of a 8.1mi/13km hike towards the caldera. Always been fascinated with the volcano itself, so... yeah. Interesting! Never noticed how uh... Pompeii-sounding this tune was. Kind of explains the Collapse vibe now.

Still have this track on loop. Those haunting synth progressions constantly get stuck in my head. This song sounds the most classic BoC imho on this album next to Deep Time. Really reminds me of some of the old unknown darker live tracks, as well as Geogaddi obviously. Wouldn’t surprise me if this track was an older rework of something, or an actual Geogaddi outtake. Favorite track on the album next to Acts of Magic.

The vibe in the song half way when the female voice enters, it reminds me a lot of "Things Happen" by COIL, with Little Annie speaking. So I wind up playing that song afterward, then I just listen to the whole Love's Secret Domain album.
