I'm really pleased, the Geogaddi cover is such a strong image and looks really good on the wall!

Really nice.

What the fuck! In all my time loving BoC I never looked close enough at that cover to realize it was a manipulated person/tree. I don't own a hardcopy, I guess that's why. Now it seems a lot cooler...

WOW, that's amazing!! I guess you printed it yourself? I should make one, but I don't know if there's anywhere around here where I can (this is a small town :/)

Also, that Geogaddi painting is really well done. Awesome ^^

Hey with the Draft 7.30 one... When you blew up the picture did it still look good or did it turn all blocky and pixelated?

I don't know what did he do but with most current scanners you can just scan the cover at 73489379798 dpi and that's it, you get a, like, 347893x3789793 picture. However this is an edited version, so I guess he printed it and then scanned it...

No no i got the fatty hook up! I guess since a lot of album covers and art work have copyrights slapped on them it makes it hard to get it professionally blown up and glossed over. BUT i have a friend that worked at kinko's and she worked to close. She blew those up for me and the quality is perfect. She also had it come out all durable and glossy as well. The draft 7.30 is very large, like 3 foot wide and tall. The boards of canada one is a bit smaller.

So then it's worth printing out a crazy abstract picture and blow it up so it is like 3 feet by 3 feet or regular poster size? And do you know about how much this would cost?

I don't know the cost because I got mine for free. I will go ahead and ask her how much it costs to make giant posters. Definitely worth it, they look great. I'm suprised i haven't made a bunch more.
