I love this album so much.
That's really the only Radiohead album I'd put on these days. A friend of mine is a big fan of Hail To The Thief, maybe he can hear something I can't, I don't know.
I find it amusing when Radiohead fans go on about the band pushing barriers and being pioneers with electronic music, but when you mention Autechre or BoC to them they go "who?".
I had this experience just a month ago. I was dating this girl who was a big music snob (but in a lyrical way, sort of), but she liked Radiohead and hated most of the stuff I listened to, and I told her that people like Aphex Twin provided the pallet for records like Kid A, but she just gave me this look like 'um.. no...'
Whatever. She was one of those 'if I've heard of it, it's cool' kind of people. So hard to share music with someone like that.

Right on Nlogax! The Chameleons are awesome!
Thedisavowed. I hear ya. I don't think there's any way I could date someone like that. Music is much to important to me. Therefore I feel it must be the same for any S/O.
