Help! Who is this?

Hey guys, got a question, sorry if it has been discussed somewhere else. a while ago i read about an album by someone that was made entirely of samples from surgery and bones and stuff like that. does anyone have any idea what i am talking about? id really love to check it out, but i cant seem to remember who it is or what the name of the album is. if anyone knows what im talking about, that would be amazing. i figure you guys would be a good place to ask! thanks!
