it ended at 54.50, and my top bid was 53.50. i really shouldn't have spent that much anyway, but i got pretty frustrated after going to a lot of the record stores in town and not being able to find even the newest ep.(so much for the music capitol of the world) the hardcover collector's cd book with the kaleidoscope ended up going for close to two hundred last week, which seems absolutely crazy to spend that much money on a cd.

that would be really awesome of you actually. it sounds crazy right? i figured why not check amazon.com and the only copy they have on there is going for close to a hundred dollars. i'm always willing to spend a little extra money on vinyl i want, but that seems crazy even in comparison to prices i've paid for other far rarer lps. if we would work that out though that would great. throw you a couple of extra bones too.

i would think it was really funny. my girlfriend called in a favor to cover her at work while she went to some art exhibition, and it happened the exact hour that auction was ending. soooo..... i'd rather have the girlfriend than the record honestly, but yeah if it was actually you who won it cheers. brownie points son!

sorry, "gEogaddi" i was caught up in a storm of emotions, and well on my way to being drunk.

it makes me feel like hugging kittens and shitting flowers. i'm very glad for you that you were listening to your gEogaddi lp. :)

boardsofdublin, if you could grab me a copy it would really make my day. i don't want you to go out of your way or anything, but if you see a copy i'd really appreciate it and make it worth your while for putting forth the effort.

i really don't know why that record is particularly hard to find over here. i can weed out a cheap copy of ? and mysterians "96 tears," but even scouring the internet and stores in austin of all places... no dice. we have two record stores here where the guys really know their shit, and they said they've both been having trouble getting any boc vinyl in the stores. (fyi. end of an ear and backspin for anybody shopping in austin.)

bod -- check the pm's.

everything looks better in ketavision. seriously texas people... hook it up.

i guess i can feel better about losing the geogaddi lp considering i made up for it by winning the campfire headphase lp and the music has the right to children lp. thank you vinyl for always completing the sine wave.

apologies to dr.roygbiv who i know i've seen around either this forum or the watmm forums, but i had a fever and the only prescription was winning that shit.
