The original by Slag? Or the remix? Either way, both songs are awesome, I can see why BoC decided to remix it. Oh and the Reprise is fantastic.

Both the BoC remix and the Reprise are ding dang AWESOME.

I bought So Soon just to get ahold of them and I'm happy i did (there are a few other really dank songs on that record too)

but the reprise is one of my favorite BoC songs, it's def. in my top 10 and possibly top 5.

absolutely love both remixes. Both 100x better than the original, although the original is just fine on its own. I actually made a poppy seed(remix) music video to clips from the movie waking life a few years back, it was thrown together crappily. I'll have to upload my OTV1 Disk 1 Track 1 music video to waking life, which was much better, to youtube sometime.

I nearly completed a cover of the reprise when I was off work sick one day (not that sick obviously).:)

Then I got my MC202 and realised it was probably all done on their 101 (same synth underneath).

I reckon it could have all been done on their 16 track tape machine and the SH-101's built-in sequencer using a sync track to clock the sequencer. Plus some reverb. Or, yknow, MIDI to CV and Logic but where's the romance in that?

Umm, well I suppse. As it's just a copy I've brought nothing new that's worth hearing. It was from a point where I was trying to deconstruct what they do, which I've moved on from now.

Maybe I'll revist it and try and add something of me.

The AmoebaLabs "Children's Prison" video is definitely one of the top fan-made boc videos I've seen.
