The Image 1983- 1998 album is great. Old grainy recordings of guitar, piano, organ, wierdness etc. Some amazing haunting/ beautiful some absurd quirky

I love Susumu's work and yes I agree he is underrated. The first album I heard was The Boy and the Tree. It is absolutly amazing and it got me hooked straight away. He is the reason I have been "unfaithful" to BoC these days...

honestly i didn't like any of his other work outside of "acid mt. fuji", however that record is insanely great in terms of plastikman-esque ambient techno.

Lo Recordings have also been reissuing a bunch of his works on vinyl over the past year or so. I grabbed a few of 'em and, I have to say, they are exceptionally done. Very well presented.

Subject to change over time, but I think I can confidently say that "Will" and "Zero" are at the bottom, and "Greenpeace" is a definite #1 spot. Given how genre-fluid he was, It's difficult to definitively say which is better than the other. I'm actually still not completely done with his stuff. I haven't yet listened to Anima Beat or his Ebi albums.

"Zero" was actually the first album of his that I ever listened to, so it's kinda disappointing to see it end up at the bottom.
