hey, i'm having troouble as a mac user DL-ing off of your blog. when i've Dl-ed the file, i cant unzip it as stuffit expander says it isn't permitted. i think this may be something to do with the password encryption on the files, i'm not sure. any advice?

does it ask you for a password? if it does, the password for it is djtrian.blogspot.com
i'm not sure how os/x works but if all else fails, download winrar http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm to unzip it

What do you use to expand your files?
I always use Stuffit Expander to complete the job.

(unless it does ask a password and you already use the application, then my advice is negligible and I have nothing more to say about it :))

Stuffit won't expand rar files - you need UnRarX, which you can download here:

http://www.unrarx.com/

Also, if you download a password protected zip and Stuffit Expander attempts to expand the file from within the browser it will fail. You must drag the downloaded file onto Stuffit Expander and then it will ask for the password - enter it and the expansion will continue without a problem.

With UnRarX a similar situation occurs when you double click a rar file to expand it. It will begin the process but fail with a "Password Incorrect" error. You will need to click the little Password button in UnRarX and enter the password. Then click the extract button to successfully expand the rar file.

BTW: nice site kyriakos!

This is the answer to a question I didn't ask. Thanks!
