I'm always kind of on the fence with Lynch. I don't really like his dialogue or his writing in general, but his films have some great imagery. also i think he might be an angry misogynist which sort of takes some of the appeal away. it's kind of funny watching the actors in his films though, they seem like they're just wandering around in a daze without knowing what the fuck. kind of like the viewer.

My favourite is Stanley Kubrick. I also like the films of Christopher Nolan.

I'm not a huge fan of Tim Burton, but that's more to do with the association that I make between him and those 'gothic' types that I had to go to school with.
