Haha, I mention 747 because he had the orchestrated version of Pete Standing Alone, and I have no idea how he got it.
Anyways, to the topic at hand, I was reading this on the BoC discography page on wikipedia:

"Portions of "Pete Standing Alone" were looped in various German television vignettes for the 2006 World Cup with a fan doing the "Deutschland Dance".

Its a long shot for sure, but hey, what else is there to do.

It's on the album Warp Works & 20th Century Mast, so it does have a copyright. Unless I can get an okay from an admin, I'll have to stick with sending it individually by msn or email. If that is the case PM me you email address.

That CD was from 2006, the david horne take on pete standing alone is from 2003.
