.....boc really need to pull the finger out fast!!
nothing since the why? remix and last official news was in nov'06!
come on now....!
Haven't really listened to them in months now, cause there music is starting to bore me a lot,
and believe me i have all there works. Too much of a good thing.
And before someone says " there's other music out there dude" i know this.
I mean, release a ep or album or something!
Thats all i have to say.
Bye!

I'm still not bored with any of their stuff, and I listen to it constantly. But I definitely do want new material. So I'm with you.

I agree with you they should publish something, say by the end of this year.
We should be accustomed to wait long periods of time for BoC releases....but it's kinda difficult when you cant help but think about it almost everyday, regardless of the dozens of new albums or artists you may hear or discover....

Their new songs better _are_ very good than we _have_ many of them.

stupid idea: perhaps an album announcment on the same date as when the red moon page popped up last year? What was the date, anyone?

I think it was April 2, 2006
But looking at the
Wiki page it clearly says April 2005.
I'm pretty sure it is a typo, but I might be wrong....

Yeah, it's time for something new. Especially because other great IDM artists (Autechre for example) are releasing tons of new music.. they even have 140 minutes of extra music in the pipeline to be distributed digitally on bleep.com starting the 19th of may. It would be cool if BoC would do something alike.
Also my top artist overall (since september 2006) on Last.FM also reflects the fact that BoC is being suppressed by Autechre. 1596 plays versus 1224 in favor of Autechre. I'm a bit over the intense listening of BoC tracks. Too much digging into. It's time for something new.
Last 6 months:
Autechre: 780
BoC: 240
Last 3 months:
Autechre: 424
BoC: 90
