first you need to upload your photo
try
www.imageshack.us

once you've uploaded it, copy the url that they give you and click above where it says Img . paste your link. then close the tag by pressing Img again.

No, afraid not - the other lovely capital - living mostly in Belfast, though i'm from County Down originally. Don't get down to see the fair city very often. Only when Down are playing there. So that's every 10 years or so. :lol:
