Old BOC

Post by thedisavowed »

HEy -

Does anyone here have CD/Vinyl of old BOC stuff? (esp. Bubbah's Tum Remix, BOC Maxima, A Few Old Tunes)

I've been collecting the mp3s... but frankly.... a lot of them are horrible quality. I really wish BOC would put out a retrospective or something on the pre-Twoism years..... (-=

Anyways- if any of you have any info.. I'd love to do a trade or something.

thanks

I know it's easier said than done but if we are all patient, boc have stated that thay will will release a boxset of old unreleased tracks. But god only knows when that will be. But as far as origional copys of those floating around now, they might as well be non existent.

We're more likely to find WMD's in Iraq then any unreleased BoC stuff.

A boc boxset would be a bigger explosion than any wmd.

I'm in the process of completing my remixes collection and I've found that most of them are not that hard to find, including the Bubbah's Tum one. Try ebay or Amazon Marketplace.
The other stuff like Old Tunes and Maxima was never officially released, so there's no point even looking for it.

Just out of interest, when did BoC mention they were going to release a boxset of old recordings? I don't remember reading about that before.

I recently found 'Trillions' on a P2P network. I thought anything off 'closes vol.1', 'catalog 3' and 'play by numbers' was unfindable. Or is it a fake?

Most likely a fake, that's why I dont even bother hunting down those old tracks. The only way I'll hear them is if they re-release them and I buy the actual disc.

The thing is, normally those tracks are obviously fakes (with 'litter duty' being an exception, I really thought it was genuine BoC), but this sounds pretty 'real', and it has the right track length...

Yes, all of the trillions tracks out now are fakes. I think there are 2 different fake versions floating around at the moment.
