I also had a BoC dream last night, which isn't something that normally happens to me, and it was strange because I haven't listened to any BoC in awhile.

In the dream, I was in a cemetery with the brothers, digging a large square wooden box out of the ground that had a large red rose on it. It looked identical to the rose artwork in Stephen King's Dark Tower series, for anyone who is familiar with that.

Pretty weird stuff, because I don't consider myself very fanboy-ish (I guess I am to an extent since I am posting this right now though!) so it was a strange dream to have.

I've only had one dream about the Boards, i went recording shopping with them both, and then, we land into a recording studio as they were about to do a session for Rob da Bank on BBC Radio 1's Leftfield show.

Pretty weird dream it was as well, but cool :)

Me too. Their new album was called '2' and it was only available on vinyl. My turntable was broken in the dream so I couldn't hear it. :(

boc gonna do an interview soon?,update wud be appreciated greatly

Hi John, as with each album, there will be extensive press coverage around the new release. The interviews usually start to appear in publications within about 3-4 weeks of the release date, (which hasn't been announced yet).

All I can tell you for now is that there is a major new album on the way soon, and other releases. They've been working on the album solidly for over a year and a half - as well as some great collaborations which will surface in 2008.

Thanks for your question... Best wishes for now!

hi john, i can assure you that even though it looks quiet on the outside, there's been a huge amount of activity behind the scenes this past year or so! there won't be too long to wait.
best wishes, mark

It'll happen someday, long waits between albums is the price of perfectionism. Someday we'll get the new album and the box set and there won't be anything to look forward to anymore.

If they just put out every note they recorded, the quality control wouldn't be there and I think there'd be a pretty big lacklash (see everyone's bitching and moaning about NIN's post-Fragile output)

That being said, besides the known unreleased material everyone is clamoring for, I would love a couple of CDs worth of 1998-2002 unreleased material, some of the stuff they played live was incredible and it would be nice to have clean studio recordings of some of it.

For now, it's fun to just enjoy some other music and the outdoors while the weather is still nice. A watched pot never boils!
