They supported Cornelius earlier in the month at Shepard's Bush, and they were okay. Nice and loud, a bit repetitive. They did a song where one of them made tribal noises into the mic. It was annoying.

yeah, didnt they start out as a "noise" band? i usually wouldnt be into that, but they have more rhythmic and melodic elements in their music than most noise artists.

this almost caught my interest till the noise dropped. my gripe before was that it was too repetitive and not really 'engaging', and my gripe afterwards is that i'm not sure the noise really works for that style. to me it feels out of place. maybe it's different live. and yeah, i could do without the screamy vocals, they sound like Velvet Acid Christ, and that's not a compliment :phungry_manweaselbeast wrote:
