Don't forget it was Davidac who created the original pages. I took them over couple of years ago and created the formerboc pages. He was fed up with the pages and didn't find the time anymore to continue the effort. I proposed to take the pages out of his hands and continued the sage.gropo wrote:Really, nice job Fredd. I'd also like to thank you for all your efforts over the last decade+ too. Been following your archiving since pre-MHTR.
Three years later, now, I've redesigned them again and it's completely wiki based, for lots of obvious reasons.
This reincarnation is bocpages.org. And I'm very happy with it!

Nope; building style looks American, and while the area where HS is/was does get snow in winter, it certainly doesn't get enough to justify raised construction like that and buying a snow-mobile. Sorry!Joebot Kill wrote:are those pics of the hexagon sun studios? i never knew pictures of that place existed.
EDIT: That wasn't meant to put a downer on the thread; the site looks great, Fredd-E!

about the hexagon goodies section:
Davidac wrote: I always used to think that this must be a photo of their studio, since I've got the image with the filename boc_gallery_hq.jpg:
http://bocpages.org/wiki/Image:BOC-hexagon-02.jpg
but I seem to remember that BoC claimed somewhere that there's never been a photo of their studio on their site.
Like I said, I've never been to Balerno, and probably never will, but it seems fair to say that their old studio was just in the middle of a small village, and not out in the middle of nowhere as most people probably still think.![]()
