alot of the old gems (boccier ones) are only on VHS or 16mm/8mm reels, and yes your best bet if you live outside of canada is EBAY. If you live in Canada try your public library. Im in Vancouver and the public library has hundreds and hundreds of NFB films. Pretty much anything before 89 will be BOC like, although alot of the films have no sound tracks. Right now I have a couple at my house but are almost 3 weeks over due..... gotta return those today. I wouldnt even bother searching for ones on DVD. VHS is the way to go for NFB films if you are looking for a weathered tape sound. As for acutal films I would look for ones from 75-85 as that seem to be the golden years of the NFB. Also alot of the drug abuse related films have good soundtracks for some reason.

I'm not looking for DVDs. I'm looking for links. Anyone know of any on YouTube or Internet Video Archive? I read in a few interviews that they were influenced by 1970's NFB nature films.... I would love to view one of these or something like it.
