Who cares, their country is a sad example of things gone wrong. Because they are arrogant and their youth is, face it, mainly stupid. They export reality shows, unhealthy food, wars, economical crisis and agression and their debt is so high nobody even bother to count.

And tell me about decent civilized country where PRESIDENT has so much power. It is insane, like dictatorship. And why the heck should we think about their voting, we are not americans, it is their own silly problem, you should think about Europe and your stupid euro government more (excuse me, they are stupid, they all stand behind killer Saakashvili.

Governments of America & Europe & China & India & The Middle East & Russia & African continent... well, all world goverments = primitive pricks, power abusers, losers and savages (mainly)

Why is that? Are people afraid to express their thoughts/underpin why they choose a certain candidate?

Puppets of capitalism? More like puppets of the socialism/progression. McCain and Obama strike me as being rather anti-capitalist, when it gets down to it.

How do you consider them anti-capitalist?

Narrowly I'd choose obama b/c he has a better stance on gay/bisexual rights and abortion. But, you know, they're pretty much the same other than that. Definitely wouldn't consider either socialist.

Let him go down in history as the first black president!! I hope this'll change modern world... I mean, who would've believed this 50 years ago?

Tomorrow we will know......
That's the bottom line as far as I'm concerned - cynicism aside, I think it would be wonderful if Obama wins. Along with the fact that the expected turnout is around 90%, there's just so much energy around the election. People are genuinely excited and I think it's great.

I suppose so. A lot of people vote simply because of family alignment and stuff. I suppose it'd be kinda awkward to go "well I dunno, my father always told me to vote them..." or something.

Personally I don't get it. I see the question as an excellent opportunity to hold a discussion. It's sort of odd.

ironic.

Your general disrespect towards everyone on this board can be frustrating some times. You sound like a preteen.

Have you ever left your home before? It's not good to be so tainted by nationalism. If you were American, you'd be the fat and ignorant kind that you seem to hate so much. But, you're Russian apparently, so you're aggressive and ignorant instead. What I'm trying to say is, you are coming off as a parody.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a very patriotic person. America is full of problems. The country is run by thieves. The statement about the president having too much power is false. The president doesn't have that much power, he's a figurehead. They want you to think he has power... yeah right! Bush could barely tie his own shoes. But you need to show respect for your fellow humans, no matter where they were born or chose to live.

And yeah, I voted for Obama, but that is only because voting for anything outside of the Democrat or Republican parties is worthless. Plus Sarah Palin is a fucking nutcase.

No, I respect America and everyone very much, that's why I am harsh, I LOVE Americans, they are generally simple to the ground folk and they seem happy go lucky and all that. Again: I LOVE AMERICANS. It is just, they are a bit ignorant and sometimes arrogant about *everything which is outside the USA* that's why I criticize it, it is not their fault, it is the fault of education system, system of totally wicked values, the people in power. If I don't care I would say: wow America is doing great, just continue, awesome. I am the biggest critics of USA because I want them to get rid of these problems and be a great and prosperous nation.

Russian arts, poetry, renaissance, architecture, space exploration, russian science... it doesn't count. It only counts what my american friend Joebot Kill says. I won't argue with you my sunshine. :)

And what am I doing all the time? Are you blind? :)

Yes, you all think that Obama is going to win, but no, I think that McCain will win even now when it is 77:34 for Obama. Obama is hmm... something's weird about that dude. McCain has no secrets, he's just a hey haw ew yeehaa umm errr huh fella, but Obama... hmmmmm... veils of dark secrets... :P

And yes, I agree, Palin is a total mental disaster and a weak squeezy fart.

this is the only part that bugs me. i hope it didnt come off like i was stereotyping the whole country myself. all i was saying is that there are negative stereotypes about everyone. especially my country! but dont think for a second that i buy into any of it. you live in a very important country, i am aware of that.

Image

and no, i dont "think obama will win" i hope he does. but im scared that he might not. maccain and palin are too much of the same. we cant have that!
