Pantatonik - The Five Angels... Wow!!

Post by Joebot Kill »

Just downloaded this awesome album by Pentatonik... never heard of him before, I thought the artwork looked cool! Do you guys know of him? This stuff is really fucking sweet. So glad I randomly clicked it!

http://www.nodata.tv/2009/01/pentatonik ... -2006.html

not too sure how i feel about the vocals on a couple of tracks... sometimes it reminds me of cocteau twins, but other times it doesnt do it for me as much... what do you guys think?

cassiopeia is my favorite track so far. Reminds me of boreal network!!

i hate to be a bore but please support artists buy purchasing their music, especially small independent labels

eg: http://tinyurl.com/pentatonik at Amazon for around $9 for the CD

not solely directed at you Joe, just for anyone using that Rapidshare link from this forum

the facts and figures on illegal downloading compared to sales in the last year are sickening

Sorry but how do you know he isnt going to buy the cd once he's listened to it? Also illegal dl compared to sales is bull.I'll give you an example of what i do,i dl albums from artists i dont know much about to see if i like it,now if i like it i'll buy the album otherwise i delete it,so where is the harm there? why should i buy an album only to find out ive spent x amount of money only to find it's CRAP! Also lots of artists stream there albums now so alot i just dont bother dl'ing. Also this has been going on for years, like when you buy a cd and lend it to your m8 and he copies it then in turn lends to his m8 and so on.It grinds my gears when artists/people moan about this,so you can tell me youve never borrowed a cd from someone? or copied music from the radio as a kid lent dvds to friends had people round to watch it? ...Nah i doubt it everyone has done it.Another thing if the internet died 2moro these small label/artists would have no chance!! because of dl'ing ive found music i would never of found out about. Also i spend well in excess of £100 a month! on music and i think a good percentage do it like this, well most of my friends do.
