Hey all,
A law/geography/real estate question. Is there a term that describes land ownership in regards to owning the land and all that is above and below? I had it in my head that "absolute domain" was the term, but this incorrect. I remember learning this term in a class a million years ago and now it escapes me. I feel like the teacher described it as having an invisible column that stretched into infinite space from the center of the earth. Anybody familiar with this or does it ring any bells?
I'm beginning to wonder if my memory of his lesson was different and he was explaining a different concept, but I could have swore there was some "absolute" in the title.
Anyway...BoC is awesome and all that (pushes glasses up bridge of nose)
