is frog legs like a culinary term or is it really frog legs as in frog legs???
what does it taste like???
Ya, frog legs are actually the legs of a frog. Tasted a bit like chicken I must say. They come in a crispy batter like onion rings. Good stuff.
whoa sounds like something to add to the list 'definitely trying this before i die' ;)

It's what my better half is calling our "Pre-versary" tonight - ie. a year today I'll be a married man.
So I cooked her a little something:

Smoked salmon and goats cheese on mini oakcakes, topped with chives.
Sea-bass in tarragon butter with prawns and mussels in green pesto. Sugar Snap peas, Garden Peas and Broccoli.
Fresh, warm rolls with sunflower seeds.
Cold champagne.

We were having strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, meringue nests and yoghurt to follow but, frankly, we're stuffed!

Watching the football now. Result

Grapefruit, bowl of chopped carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli.

Reason: I have to eat everything out of my refrigerator because I'm leaving for the weekend.
