It's a bloody masterpiece. Even Clark's melodies are amazing this time around - the little BoCesque vignettes at the end of some songs are wonderful, and yeah. 'Absence' is fucking beautiful. Very Bibio.
Rainbow Voodoo is absolutely crazy. I LOVE it.
Best Clark to date, one of the best IDM albums for ages.

His sound still is very full but it seems like he managed to keep the compression to a decent level. That is partly the reason that I do enjoy this release a lot more than Turning Dragon.wwbjd wrote:I remember when I couldn't listen to him because he hurt my ears. Maybe I've listened to him enough that I've lost a good chunk of hearing in order to make it tolerable.

Ok wow.
Saying "It's no Body Riddle" is not even fair. I'd say they're equally good albums.
I may even like this one more, but I'll have to listen a few more times to let the novelty of it's newness wear off.
'Rainbow Voodoo' immediately reminds me of Turning Dragon, but picks up a little more of a tribal thing. I love the vocal style.
And 'Talis' is just fantastic. Easily my favorite track on the album. Clark really is winning me over big time.
