A UK Magazine called "Select" had a free tape or CD which had Roygbiv on it. It was easily the best song on the compilation.

I went to my local record emporium and pre-ordered "MHTRTC".

I've never looked back since.

But for now I'm not really buying it... this dealer person has this information for over a year now and never ever even shared something with us despite being a member of this board for several years. One of dealer his posts dates back to 2005.

Not even the slightest bit of substantial material of what has been given to him has been shared with any of us. And I perfectly understand him perhaps not being allowed to share any info at all, but then why does he spoil the beans in his posts? That's unnecessary teasing imho from a for now unverified source of info.

I first heard them when a girl I knew very well told me some of her relatives made music. she had the family only casette releases. I don't remember the year but it was around 93 or 94. I liked them but wasn't into too much electronic music at the time. I got into them a while later, having totally forgotten that she was a relative. I'm still close to her and once she asked me what I had been listening to lately and I mentioned that I was completely obsessed with the Boards of Canada. she gave me a funny look and reminded me that they were family. funny day. I remember looking at her original family-only cassettes.
