yeah, the verve is great. richard ashcroft's solo stuff just doesn't measure up.

" Isn't Anything " from 1988, " and then you have some good EP's, The last thing they did as MBV was a cover from Wire on the tribute album " Whore " in 1996, after that it was only Kevin Shields who did some remixes and made some new tracks for the soundtrack: Lost In Translation. I have all from My Bloody Valentine and i agree with you that " Loveless " is overrated but still a classic like all their music.

Oh, Daver. Why do you have to go and make a big thing of it. Why not just admit you made a couple of mistakes? I'm even prepared to believe you hit the wrong key and typed 1989 instead of 1987 by accident. Calm down, breathe easy. For God's sake let's not turn this place into WATMM.
I don't think i know it all, and i wasn't trying to act that way. All i was doing was pointing out that before you correct someone else you should be sure of your facts. And polar sky did not need correcting anyway.
And in the spirit of friendship and reconciliation, i will admit that i made a mistake too - in a way you are right - Ecstasy and Wine did come out in 1989. It was a collection of the Ecstasy mini LP and the Strawberry Wine 12" which both came out in 1987, which was the point i was trying to make.
Oh and there was no sarcasm in my post. Being sarcastic would be if i meant the opposite of what i wrote.

I was not really trying to correct Polar Sky, i just gave him more info about MBV, and yr right i made a mistake with that mini-album, so i looked for it in my collection and it was 1987. And sorry but this is sarcasm to me, and i go to bed when i feel like it.
