I can't recall a specific song but the chords definitely did make me think of BoC. But like I said I seriously doubt they sampled BoC.

Out of interest: for anyone who pre-ordered the vinyl from the official page, has a download link been made available yet?

I'm out of the country and I entrusted this purchase to..... my mum..... so, can't be sure or not if a download link has/hasn't come through, and whether or not she thinks its one of the many things on the internet that just need ignoring.

Tomorrow is the proper release date right? Guess you'll be provided with a download link tomorrow?

Picked it up yesterday, still need to give it a listen though.

I already read that but you don't really explain why a link would be needed in that post... Shouldn't there have been some sort of confirmation or something when you preordered it?

So the facts are:

1. I am out of the country
2. I entrusted the purchase to someone else, so they ordered it for me
3. It was not 'me' who pre-ordered it, it was someone else (see also: (2) and previous post)
4. Because It was not 'me' who pre-ordered it, I have not received an email with a download link

It's really fucking simple man:

Someone else ordered the vinyl for me, so I'll grab that when I return to its physical location, in a few months time. In the mean-time, I am looking to download the music from the net and listen to it on my mp3 player...

I attempted to imply that the person who ordered the vinyl for me wasn't exactly 'tech savvy', so I thought I'd ask on this forum if a download link had come for those who pre-ordered; as I figured you guys would be more help.

That is all.

Do you still need a download link?

No-- managed to get into the login page where the record was ordered, but the album isn't available in the download section. In touch with them about it. Hopefully it'll sort out...

I'm sorry I thought you were talking about a download link for the vinyl... didn't know you implied that you were trying to download it before you got the vinyl... sorry.
