Me as well. Superior = the single most powerful, all-encompassing source of wonder in my life, a conduit to whatever mystic world lies outside my own head.

it would take me 22 hours to drive from MA to MN. i'd do it if this idea became a reality. i'm really itching to drive across the country. i gotta say, i'm a bit jealous of the meeting over in the netherlands. i could probably do this in august.

FPA admitted he was hoaxing. I'm still not sure why so many people believed him in the first place.
They just want it to be true soooooo much

Sorry about that. It was a dumb thing to do.

And THAT has to be the longest gap between posts in Twoism history

Yo Skytree, you and me might wind up on hosting duty. We should rack our brains and find the coolest outdoor spot to have an all-nighter bonfire! Also, I bet 88marquis would be down for it.

august is actually picture perfect for me for this... but it would have to be short

i've got like two 3 or 4-day-windows in the second half of the month, it's a really tight fit for me

that could work. i could get 4 days off. to be honest thats probably the best i can do as well. hopefully we can take my friend josh's car. (i just have to ask him if he wants to go first... heh) but he did say he wanted to go west in august to chicago. so we'll just go a little further! hes got a small car, a mazda 3 so it would be decent on gas. and i think we should totally try and stop over in chicago, just for one night maybe. but i dont know anyone there so that could be tough... two of my friends are already down, so its all really up to josh. my cars a piece of shit...
however... you dont happen to have a van do you? haha

i wish

i've got a mazda protege that runs, but might be on it's way out. it's a hand-me-down and i might not even have it on boston. i live in PA (where the car is currently).
my situation is this: i'm working full-time for my university (in boston) doing orientations. i work til mid-august, the 14th.
then, my next plans are to take my first trip out of the continent (going to dublin!). i'm flying out the 19th. so there's one window there, that gap from the 14th to the 19th.
I get back august 25th, and need to be back in school by the end of the month for classes. so there's the second window, from the 25th to the end of the month.
it's a tight tight tight squeeze, and i haven't been home all year, so my parents might want me back. (i'm also 18 ).
possible, yes. probable, no. but i'd like to investigate it.

ahh yeah that is a tight schedule. i start a new job the first week of august... i was going to see if i could start the second week instead and take the trip out the first week. but i guess it also depends what the peeps out in MN are up to. we'd have to settle on a time thats good for everyone. i think i can get work off any time though.
by the way, i've got us a car (a mazda too, actually), so you dont have to worry about that.
