I've gotta say, man... This release is golden. Tracks 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 14 were the standout tracks for me. I'd like to hear more stuff like this in the future.

Thanks man- I appreciate it. Yeah I'm definitely satisfied with this stuff even though I was limited on time over winter break. I'm definitely going to be making more of this in the future when I have time.

I had to come back to talk about this release.

I've been following your stuff on Soundcloud and Bandcamp and I saw this and downloaded it and like holy shit,

I dunno if it's the fact that I'm a sucker for groovy guitar noodlings, but this release is fantastic.

the way Here It Goes starts with the aggressively strummed chords like some sort of mariachi thing, and then moves onto a more experimental area with melodies being formed and broken down in just the constant strumming, then it slows down beautifully in a 3/4 rhythm. Where did that come from? But fuck it, it works.

Next track, Some Kinda Ritual, is even better, it has this beastly groove. That bassline is killer, and the some what psychedelic influenced guitar solo over the top is so beautiful. The crunching percussion too, it gives the track some grittiness. All these textures and sounds working together for this track, and the rest of the release, really gives the record a feeling of dynamics, which makes it a really fun listen.

I love how The Nikel Song doesn't seem to have noticable change through out, but it moves so slowly and gradually changes, you never get bored. The way you structure your tracks is brilliant.

Music Has Shape has a KILLER groove. I absolutely love the percussion sounds you used, it sounds like a bunch of people got around in a circle on wooden desks and pots and pans and just jammed the fuck out.

The sound effects in the background of Sit Down for a While work so well, it makes it seem like a band is playing on a porch of a log cabin on a farm while it's raining.

I know I wasn't too hot on your last release, and I'm still not, it's grown on me a little, but this is a huge huge HUGE improvement. I love you took my advice to put more percussion in tracks, and I love the overall almost folk music by way of psychedelic rock feel. It's such a unique idea but feels so right.

The melodies are on point, the solos are face melting, the production is fucking top notch, and it kept me riveted through out, and when it stopped, I wanted more.

This could be the best album of 2013 I've heard and I've heard the new Unknown Mortal Orchestra and the new Grouper. I'll probably cool down on this after my initial hype (people around here know I tend to get very hype-y) but I can see this ending up in my top 10 albums of the year.

I will be recommending this to everyone I know. I'm gonna make sure this gets you fuckin famous bruh, you deserve it. Really stepped up your ambition and it has paid of in ten fold.

This is the best album by a Twoism artist. Ever.*

And thank you TTK, I really appreciate all the comments. And it's fine if you don't like that other thing I released- though for more relaxing stuff I think it's decent I don't think it's too great. It was mostly me improvising with guitar/textures in my dorm cuz I was bored lol.

Though I don't agree that this new release is better than those artists' releases you mentioned(they're professionals- I've got plenty to learn), I really appreciate the complements anyhow! And it makes me feel good knowing other people enjoy my tunes- It's fun to make them but it's a great feeling when I know other people can enjoy this stuff too. I'm glad you dig it.

hey, just because they're signed to a label doesn't make them automatically better.

The depth and effort you've put into just the sound alone on this album is worth money.

Yeah, I'm about half way through this, and I must say it's a real nice vibe throughout.

It's very unique sounding, and the roughness reminds me a little of Becks Mellow Gold album, which I loved.

But yeah, lush sounds, I love the organ in FLFT.

The name of the band/project is kind of bland to me. I would never be able to find you on google.

Just a thought for future ventures?
