I agree, it was an awesome ride, one that was stimulating, thrilling and fun.

Thanks for carrying through all that life brought and bring us this new gift.

Thank you, Boys! Thank you especially for taking the eight years of bitching about a new release in stride, and providing the world with the most epic album reveal in history. This June can't come fast enough...

thank you to both brothers for keeping us interested and finally rewarding us with some new tunes! I respect and appreciate their creative output- it's always been very genuine and I'm sure a lot of work goes into their stuff.

Very well said. So much great music over the decades (wow, decades... Time, where did you go?) - I'll be keeping an eye on the official approach of the album with quite a bit of interest here; great that there are new / unreleased tunes on the way... Hoping it's pretty top notch! Cheers guys

I really would love to send the Boys something physical, like a card or something haha. Only issue is BoC live in some undisclosed location/volcano fortress in the Scottish countryside. Maybe if we ask hard enough we could get something through the chain of command from Aesthetics to MDG to the brothers

Thank you Mike and Marcus! I wonder if that damned black box went up on the day you guys started making this album? The speculation thread may have seemed at times to be selfish, and you both have lives to be enjoying/living....it's just that your music is SO GOOD! i can't wait to hear this most recent effort, it'll be nice to hear a change or progression in the musical ideas from 8 years ago. One thing that everyone knows is that you've never sacrificed quality for quantity, so keep rocking bros! Peace!!

I'm new to twoism but have been listening to BoC for years. My brother introduced them to me when I was 14. It's a special connection he and I can share as siblings. Back then I just listened to them to study but as I got older I really felt like I grew with them- every listen I appreciated them more and more, in different ways. They've pulled me through some very hard, strange, and happy times. For that I'm forever grateful. The TH release even prompted me to finally join the site today and I'm glad I did. Don't know why I didn't before. Everyone here is wonderful.

So a very warm thanks to the Brothers. I cannot wait to take another journey with them. And thank you to everyone here. Just an hour on this forum and I can already see this is a good community.

It will be till the end of time.
And when time dawns yet once again,
What's mine will then be yours
Amen.

Thank you Mike, Marcus, Hexagon Sun members, Bleep, Warp Records and everyone else that made this fantastic album reveal hunt possible. What a great way to reach out to fans. This is just one more reason why Boards of Canada are my favourite musical group. I'm really looking forward to laying on the beach, canoeing, hiking through the woods and more whilst listening to this new album.
I have had the tomorrows harvest video looping non-stop for quite some time now. What a beautiful song. I'm super excited to listen to the rest. I've pre-ordered the album and June 10th will be a day of celebration.

Cheers,
Tyler

I'd love to throw my two cents in. After falling in love with the music when I was.. Man, was I really 13? I've spent 7 years loving the whole catalog. And to enjoy the nice, long wait with all of the other wonderful Warp artists (and those on other labels, of course), to have the pause culminate in this fantastic ARG.. It's just been a great feeling. I can't remember the last time I was this giddy with excitement.

So it is with great respect and pride that I extend my humble thanks to you, the brothers at large, Warp records, and anyone else that had their hand in this tantalizing puzzle that will culminate in the cathartic first-playing of the vinyl due to me June 12th (damn shipping!)

Just pre-ordered mine on vinyl and CD with a nice black t-shirt. Bring on June 10th! (I'm in Japan, so I'll be waiting a little bit later then you guys). I will also be pre-ordering my Japanese copy (hopefully with bonus track!!!!) as soon as I get news.

It's been a beautiful ride. I kept radio silence throughout the whole thing. I was just too awestruck with all that was going on to actually say anything. Almost everyone here acted nicely toward one another throughout the whole journey. I almost feel it was all a bit too short, TBH!

I would have never guessed any of this would happen right now, and it has made my typically dull work weeks so exciting.. and I think it will continue to be until the album is here. Thanks guys, you've definitely earned yourself a re-dedicated fan.

Cheers,
J
