Maybe the first part (the donts), but the second part is a perfect idea on whom we're listening to, on the importance of the context to listen to BoC..

TH was great on the trip from UT to MN, particularly whereabouts MT at about dawn.
Forest Moon was also great for that trip and its sister trax Mansel and Sequoia.
TH is not running jogging material but Twoism and Hi Scores are.
