Ya same here, the beginning's a dead ringer, and the rest of the song doesn't have the same quality of feel for me, like it was just sorta tacked on.

I don't want to sound too gung-ho, but with all the recent accusations in rock music, I would say that this could even warrant a lawsuit.
Saw a blind man walking down the street
Greets every person he chanced to meet
Saw a cop write a ticket to a man over fifty
Fell over laughing screaming he was a hippie
Ran into a granny had a smile on her face
Broke a trophy she just won in a race

Don't worry about the future
Forget about the past
Whether it's good or bad
It's a gas

I doubt it. Warp doesnt have the cash to sue, besides its just a chord progression, and not even a uncommon one.

The percussion is also incredibly similar, and the way that the chords resound is too.

it really isnt that similar. not only is it quite a common and normal chord progression as hendrik notes, but also it is totally different in many important ways, for example.. uh, almost everything else. the melody is totally different, the drums are totally different, the actual phrase is 4 bars not 6, ... i mean, it really is reaching.
