Who knows? It could be a bootleg, or it could be legit.

Noticed this myself as well. It's now no longer up. But the same seller has a boc maxima cd for sale for£1,000 (which was the original listed price of the twoism cassette before it dropped down to £500).

The seller now just took off the BoC Maxima CD and listed the original Twoism LP (listed for £1,000). Something is a bit fishy here.

He just posted Madrigal for 5000pound.

This is either the biggest hoax on Discogs or the greatest record collection known to man. :?

Its a 70s folk duo from NY. Only 50 copies were pressed and distributed privately.

He seems to have also googled about it and found this sealed copy that was sold in 2010 and used it to explain on how he got it. If he wasn't this clever and is telling the truth then he is legit. The plot thickens

I'm sorry dude, but it still doesn't explain anything. Why is this LP special? If I record some songs and press 50 vinyls will they sell for 5k too?

They very well could if you printed them prior to some larger exposior and 40 years ater the fact, I'd say! To bad the money wont go to you personally, but to the person putting it on e-bay who found it in his grandpa's sockdrawer somewhere.
