Hey guys, Youtube just recommended this for me. Can anyone shed some light? Is it a fake?

Some are real, some are fake, and some are just mislabeled. There's nothing new or yet undiscovered though:

11. Fake (Don't remember real source, im sure someone here knows though)
12. Duffy Extract (real, taken from old cosmic crofter site)
13. She is P (real, misnamed, AFOT)

19. Its definitely Alpha Rainbow from Old Tunes Vol 2, but its been edited and I haven't heard this version before.

21. Unconfirmed - I actually think this is real, but most think its fake. Its probably the only "fake" I actually think might be them.

Thanks for that Helicoid! I recognised some of the mislabeled ones (Poppy Seed being called Children's Prision is not new) and the old tunes ones but since they don't have the same lenght as the ones we know I thought maybe they were different versions. Didn't heard anything by Freescha though so I didn't recognised those tracks. The only thing that stuck out for me was Macquaire Ridge being there but how cool would it be to discover it's an old track right?

Oh man, you had never heard Macquarie Ridge? I'm actually kinda jealous. One of my favorite by them. I wish I could go back and hear it again for the first time.

Yeah of course I heard Ridge, what I haven't heard before were the Freescha tracks . What I said about Ridge was that if this playlist were indeed an old album, then it would mean that Macquaire was actually an old track included on that japanese TCH version and not a track recorded specifically for that album, and that was a very cool thought!

Hey! thanks for that. I should have known #11 was Chaosmachine. I had never heard the unreleased Marumari track though, good call. As far as #21, I really want to believe. Its been floating around for ages labelled as "Focus on the Spiral" and is usually accompanied by "Helios Sound" and "Close3". Out of all the fakes that have ever surfaced, I actually think these may be legit. They are also (as far as I know) the only ones that have never been officially disproven/debunked, despite how long they have been around. Also, the tracklengths seem to match perfectly.

Speaking of these songs, Close3 has a sample in it that says "He says the sun came out last night. He says it sang to him.". I believe RoughTrade tweeted that during the whole Tomorrow's Harvest release campaign thing. This "fake" surfaced way before then and I don't know of any other Close Encounters references in BoC's works. I definitely believe.
