I have a feeling this may have actually been 1998. This article mentions it, but its from January 1999: https://archive.macleans.ca/article/199 ... -captivate. Thanks, it took a while to sift through so many lmao. I've emailed the producer of Killer Cults to see if it's possible to get a copy, it's the one I'm most confident on.
If anyone finds any more potential leads or can rule any of them out then please feel free to request edit permissions on the spreadsheet and I'll add you.

It looks like "Killer Cults" is the same series as what you have in the spreadsheet already by Catherine Berthillier, et.al. The French title of this is "Sectes tueuses" seen here. Luckily this has been uploaded on dailymotion so you don't need to find a copy at a library. Here's the playlist. I wasn't able to find the sample in there, so I guess you can mark it as "No" in the spreadsheet.

Wow thanks, I didn't realise it was already out there. I've crossed it off on the spreadsheet.
After watching that, I'm starting to get the vibe that the source doc is quite a lot more low budget, like an independently produced conspiracy type film which is sympathetic of the Branch Davidians. I reckon the person being interviewed before Amo is either FBI or a member of the Cult Awareness Network, and Amo is asked to counter the claim that it's a destructive cult.

That one's a History Channel documentary from 2006 called "Decoding the Past: Cults - Dangerous Devotion".

That may be true for the Amo Bishop Roden herself speaking part, but that really doesn't make sense for the "narrator" bit ("Amo Bishop Roden lives on the compound in Waco today. Although not a follower of David Koresh, she is a devoted Branch Davidian"). We can at least try and find the source of this "narrator" and go from there. It's more than likely from the same source.

The "narrator" could have been one of their friends. Amo Bishop Roden herself stated that BOC visited her at the Waco compound with a small group of people and recorded things she said.

to me, the narrator always sounded similar to the re-recorded woman's voice in "One Very Important Thought"
