Post by yonatan2115 »

i am using fl studio stem split. i dont know what boc themselves got to say about it, but i am currently making it and want to share it with you https://t.me/bocmultitrack i dont know what twoism rules says about telegram links, so it if it will get banned, you can find it by yourself
p.s. "Really cool stuff, the splits are cleaner than I was expecting[/color]", - my friend.

I'm interested in hearing this (even though I have a good idea how crappy this is going to sound and it wont be good) but telegram is not webhosting but a chat-app that requires a smartphone that I dont have. Maybe host it somewhere people can actually get to it without needing anything but a random webbrowser? Github or Dropbox or GDrive or something maybe? There's tons of options.
Throw away your smartphone.

Some drums sound really nice through the laptop speakers. Not so sure about the melodies and voices though. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty amazing to hear the Julie and Candy drums isolated. What a groove. I do find it somewhat remarkable that the AI can do such a good job of deciphering what the “drums” even are — J&C always struck me as a pretty surrealistic piece of music where each sound is so alien yet so organic

Also interesting that the reach of the buildup of the reach for the dead drum groove sounds pretty bland without all the synthwork. It would seem the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Thanks for uploading!

I'm sure the brothers would hate this lmao. Excited to hear some Campfire Headphase/Highway trax! The most densely layered and interesting ones are on there imo.

I've been wanting to try this with Logic's stem splitter out of curiosity, but was nervous to do it because splitters tend to separate things based on traditional instrumentation. Not that BOC can't be separated into ~*keyboards*~, drums, bass, and vocals, but........

I had a similar experience. Those four options but keyboards called instruments. Anyway it works good on drums

The Turquoise Hexagon Sun drums have some bizarre samples of a child talking about children having smartphones. Starts at 1:08. AI slop?

Edit: Now get AI to put together all the chopped up vocals in Telephasic Workshop into actual words & sentences!

That wasn't widely known? I thought it was. Part of the reason that remix is so great to me is that it shares that rhythm.

Yeah, wow, I never noticed the similarity either. And they’re two of my all time favorite tracks…
